Hi! I’m Zhi. I started my professional training career at Equinox Midtown, where I honed my skills and expertise to become a high-end trainer. This experience allowed me to collaborate with clients of all fitness levels, helping them achieve their goals while fostering both professional and personal connections.

My training philosophy centers on feeling great about yourself, looking at your best, moving well daily and developing a trusting relationship between clients. I do take pride in myself for being versatile and thinking quickly on my feet. So, I tailor my approach to meet each client’s fitness goals and needs, ensuring open communication every step of the way and being open minded to everyone’s needs.
