TENZIN

I was born and raised in southern India, and my background has shaped how I approach fitness, recovery, and human performance.

I’m fluent in English, Hindi, and Tibetan, with conversational Mandarin.

My athletic journey started with wrestling in high school, sadly only two years of Muay Thai training at which time I suffered a disc herniation. The experience taught me a lot but most of all- the importance of discipline, resilience, and respect for the body’s ability to adapt and heal.

Professionally, l’ve worked with clients ranging from an 82-year-old woman with neuropathy and multiple medical conditions to a marathon runner training for peak performance-both of whom have written recommendation letters for my Physical Therapy program.

I’m passionate about helping people return from injury and rebuild confidence in their movement. I once thought l’d pursue computer science because I loved problem-solving, but working with a client just two months post-knee surgery showed me that the most meaningful problems to solve are human ones.
