After more than 20 years of coaching, I’ve seen that smart, driven people rarely fail from lack of effort—they fail because the fitness industry hands them systems that only work when life is perfect. My coaching fixes that. 

• Strength & Resilience: I use evidence-based training to help you build real-world strength, prevent injury, and move like someone who plans to stay active for the next two decades. 

• Nutrition Support (Optional): For clients who want help outside of sessions, I offer an app-based nutrition coaching system that simplifies food choices and builds consistency—without micromanaging every bite. Available as an add-on. 

• Habit Architecture: I specialize in turning scattered willpower into simple, background systems for training, eating, and energy—designed to hold up even when your calendar doesn’t. 

Most of my clients are executives, business owners, healthcare professionals, and working parents. They want coaching that respects their time, protects their energy, and delivers results that last—without flipping their lives upside down. 

When I’m off the clock, you’ll probably find me walking my rat terrier mix through the park, shooting pool, or practicing Spanish—proof that fitness and real life don’t have to compete.
