My name is Mahamadou “Mo” Daffe. I’m a New York native with deep roots in both France and Mali, West Africa. Growing up across these diverse cultures instilled in me a passion for movement, discipline, and resilience. Fitness and sports have shaped who I am—from early training in judo, taekwondo, and Muay Thai, to competing in soccer and basketball
I played Division I soccer with aspirations of going professional. However, a series of injuries shifted my path. After earning my degree, starting a family, and working in corporate America, I found myself disconnected from my athletic identity. At 260 pounds, I made a decision to return to fitness and reclaim my health.
In 2011, I began my personal transformation. By 2013, I left the corporate world and committed fully to my passion for helping others through fitness. I started my career at New York Sports Club before transitioning to independent coaching, where I’ve worked with individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
My mission is to deliver personalized, results-driven coaching in a supportive and empowering environment. I understand firsthand the demands of balancing work, family, and health. That’s why I take a holistic, sustainable approach—focused on creating long-term results without extreme restrictions. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, improved performance, or injury prevention, I meet you where you are and guide you to where you want to be.
Fluent in English, French, and several African dialects, I connect easily with diverse clients and create a welcoming space for growth. I believe that fitness should enhance your life, not control it. With the right structure, support, and mindset, anyone can succeed.
