After 20+ years, I’ve learned that people who come to me are capable, committed, and have usually already tried. The problem was never them — it was a system handed to them by an industry that assumes life will cooperate. Mine doesn’t require that. The work doesn’t stop when the session does.
When I’m not coaching, I’m walking Phoebe (my rat terrier mix) through the park, shooting pool, or practicing my Spanish. The same person either way.
