Spiro has been a personal trainer for over 16 years and is passionate about helping people improve their health, performance, and overall quality of life. Throughout his career, he has worked with clients of all backgrounds and experience levels, building a reputation for creating strong relationships and helping people achieve sustainable results.

Spiro specializes in body recomposition, strength and conditioning, resistance training, and cardiovascular fitness. He has experience working with clients across all age groups, from teenagers to adults in their later stages of life, creating individualized programs tailored to each person’s goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Whether someone is looking to build strength, lose body fat, improve athletic performance, or simply establish healthier habits, he focuses on building well-rounded programs designed for long-term success.

Known for his strong rapport with clients and personalized coaching approach, Spiro believes that communication, consistency, and accountability are key components of progress. Along with customized training programs, he also provides nutritional guidance to help clients create habits that support their goals both inside and outside of the gym.
