With over a decade of hands-on experience, Jonathan Cameron is a New York–based personal trainer and performance specialist dedicated to helping clients move, feel, and perform at their absolute best. His training philosophy centers around functional movement, strength, and longevity — blending athletic performance principles with everyday practicality.
